This spur is a reconstruction of a 15th century spur in the Museum of London, #341. A line drawing of it can be seen in "The Medieval Horse and its Equipment: c.1150-1450" John Clark, editor.

Comes complete with straps, strap hooks and buckles installed. Straps are undyed veg-tanned leather so you may dye them yourself. We can dye the straps for additional charge. Please make your color selection below.

Straps can be easily replaced or altered by slipping them off the hooks- no riveting or complex tools required.

Please note that these spurs are sized for an average foot, wearing proper medieval shoes or close fitting boots. They are not sized to fit over "harness" or "engineer" style boots, which are bulkier than medieval footwear.

6" long, 3" wide (exclusive of straps).

Cast bronze. Made in the USA.

PLEASE ALLOW 4 WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION.
