We have up to a 16 week turnaround time for most custom orders and out of stock items. Complex or highly specialized pieces may require much longer for production.
Custom Sized Clothing orders for items we usually stock are subject to a 3 piece/ $100.00 minimum per style/item (for custom order portion of any order). This includes custom sizing on standard items such as Chausses, Shirts, etc.
IF YOU REQUIRE SOMETHING THAT IS NOT SHOWN IN OUR USUAL OFFERINGS, YOU MUST EMAIL OR CALL US BEFORE ORDERING TO ENSURE WE ARE ABLE AND WILLING TO UNDERTAKE THE ORDER.
DO NOT ORDER ONE ITEM THEN ASK US TO "CHANGE" IT IN SOME WAY AFTERWARD. DOING SO WILL FORCE US TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. SEE TERMS BELOW.
IF YOU REQUIRE A CUSTOM ORDER ITEM FOR A SPECIFIC DATE, YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER TO SEE IF IT’S POSSIBLE.
SHOULD YOU PLACE AN ORDER THEN REQUEST ADDITIONAL ORDER SPECIFICATIONS OR IMPOSE A DEADLINE ON US AFTER THE FACT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND WILL CHARGE UP TO 20% ORDER CANCELLATION FEE.
ALL ORDERS CANCELLED BY THE CUSTOMER ARE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE UP TO 20% OF THE ORDER TOTAL.
Custom orders of any type may:
— Require full payment up front, in most cases.
— Production time for clothing items and shoes is VARIABLE and may be up to 16 weeks, sometimes longer, depending on the nature of the order and ALWAYS SUBJECT TO OUR CURRENT WORKLOAD.
— Arms & armour order timeline is subject to current workload and many other factors, and must be negotiated with our armourer, Jeffrey Hedgecock.
— Custom order merchandise is NOT RETURNABLE.
— Custom orders which are cancelled by the customer are subject to up to 20% cancellation fee (at our discretion), covering consultation and payment processing fees.
—WHILE WE WILL MAKE REASONABLE ATTEMPTS TO REACH YOU REQUESTING INFORMATION REQUIRED TO FILL YOUR ORDER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL CUSTOM ORDERS DUE TO LACK OF RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER TO OUR REQUESTS FOR MEASUREMENTS OR OTHER DETAILS. REFUNDS/CREDITS IN THESE CASES ARE AT OUR DISCRETION, AND IN ALL CASES, AT MINIMUM WILL HAVE PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES DEDUCTED.
—Orders placed for "IN STOCK" which are actually for "CUSTOM" items will be cancelled at our discretion. Items must be re-ordered by customer as "CUSTOM" at the appropriate price, which is higher. We do not allow customers to "evade" custom-work prices.
—Orders may not be "converted" to different items, specs, etc. The original order must be cancelled and appropriate items ordered.
—In most cases, we will provide any refund due in the form of a gift certificate redemption code, which is redeemable on future orders only. We are unable to offer cash refunds for custom orders.
Any outstanding balance on Custom Orders is due immediately upon notification of the completion of the order. The order (including down payment) will be forfeit if final payment is delinquent.

Production of custom items is suspended while we are at trade shows.
Currently, disruptions to normal delivery times may be anticipated during the following periods:

July 15 - September 1
October 26th - November 15

Custom orders
Shirts, underwear and other items marked "Available in white only" are available in white only. We do not offer these items in colors, even as a special order.
We welcome inquiries on custom designs not represented. Research, design and consultation is available at $100.00 per hour, which cost may be applied toward the purchase price when you place your order.
