Hood, Coppergate (Jorvik)

It was recovered from the Viking finds at Jorvík (Viking York) and are described in  'Textiles, Cordage and Raw Fibre from 16-22 Coppergate' by Penelope Walton (Council for British Archaeology, London, England 1989). The original is displayed at the York Archaeological Trust (YORYM: 1980.7.8129).
