The shipping calculator on our website is not working properly and does not show all the available options for international orders. Domestic shipping (within the US) is not affected by the calculator problems.
We will be happy to provide shipping options and quotes to international customers. Please send a list of the desired items and we will respond with all available shipping options and cost.
We apologize for this inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding.
IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DAY, PLEASE NOTE THE "NEED BY" DATE IN YOUR ORDER COMMENTS. If you don't note a specific "need by" date, we will usually process your order within two (2) business days (up to 5 days for international orders).
PLEASE NOTE- In determining transit time, do not count the day your order ships as a transit day. For example, if we process your order on Monday and you've selected 2-Day shipping, the 2 transit days are Tuesday and Wednesday. You can expect to receive your order on Wednesday, the 2nd transit day.
- Credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
- Check or money order -- made payable to "Historic Enterprises, Inc." If paid by check, we may hold your order until the payment clears our bank, which may delay your order several business days. Please bear this in mind if your order is time-sensitive.

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order and up to an additional 5-7 business days for transit, depending on your location. Due to shipping issues with UPS, orders to Maryland must be shipped via 3Day Select.
For orders outside the continental USA:

Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order and an additional 14-21 business days for transit, depending on your location.
Customs duty, brokerage fees, VAT, applicable taxes, additional receiving costs, etc. are solely the responsibility of the purchaser and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We are sorry, but we are not able to determine the amount you will be charged for any of these costs, as these charges vary greatly for each country.
We cannot intentionally mislabel your order with the intention of avoiding customs fees. Doing so is a Federal offense which would jeopardize our shipping privileges, and expose us to fines and possible imprisonment. Please don’t ask.
We can ship via any expedited UPS method, including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select. Additional rates apply, please note which service you require when placing your order.

We have other carriers available to us, such as FedEx, Air Freight or Surface post. Additional rates apply, please inquire for details.
- All orders are insured for loss or damage in transit.
- Shipping costs are a total of actual shipping and insurance charges quoted by the carrier, plus any additional handling/packaging costs required based on merchandise ordered.
We will gift wrap your order in beautiful medieval style gift wrap, tie it with a fabric ribbon, hand address a gift enclosure, and send to the address of your choosing! Cost based on size of order, starting at $4.50. Please inquire when you place your order.
Exchanges and Returns
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- If there is a problem with your order or merchandise has been damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately.
- Claims or return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of order.
- No claims, returns or exchanges after 14 days.
- To initiate a damage claim or request a return, please call our order department at 760-789-2299, or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number.
- We will determine if merchandise should be replaced or exchanged, or if a credit is appropriate.
- Items authorized for return or exchange must be received by us in original condition within 14 days for replacement, exchange or credit.
- All returns and exchanges must be authorized. Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
- Returns/exchanges must include original invoice and authorization number.
- Returns may be subject to a 20% restock fee, at our discretion.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be credited.
- Please allow at least 4 weeks for processing your return or exchange.
- If items are damaged in shipment, please retain all packing materials. We must file a claim with the carrier and they may require inspection of the packing materials to approve the claim.
- All our merchandise is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Clothing is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase, ASSUMING PROPER CARE OF THE GARMENT BY THE PURCHASER DURING THAT YEAR.
- This warrantee does not apply if a product is modified in any way, abused or used for a purpose or in a manner other than it was intended.
- Our products are intended as replicas only and the user assumes any and all liability for their use.
