Pattens, Hinged Wooden

Based on Wooden patten #136 in "Shoes and Pattens", early/mid 15th century.

Pattens are highly recommended to substantially prolong sole life and increase wearing comfort of your shoes. Wearing pattens protects both your feet and shoes from dampness, mud, cold ground and the occasional stone underfoot.

NOTE: Because these are sized to coordinate with the size and shape of our shoes, we cannot guarantee fit of pattens for shoes not of our own manufacture, however they should work fine with most historically constructed medieval shoes.

Wood with leather hinge and straps, and ankle cord.
