For the Living History event "Days of Knights" in Frankfort, KY, we prepared and served hypocras, utilizing the Hypocras Making Kit provided by Historic Enterprises. Compliments all around by everyone who drank this as an aperitif! I plan to order this product again a month prior to an event, so I can get the full effect of the spices next time! A fine product!
