Medieval hairpiece

Because most of our ladies headwear looks and fits better with a bit of fullness at the nape of the neck, this hair piece was created to assist our customers who have short, shorter or thin hair. Ladies with sufficient hair can simply braid their hair into 'pig tails' behind or in front of each ear and wrap the tails around the head to create the desired fullness. Lacking that, this simple hair piece will supply the desired fullness for ladies who have short hair or augment a ladies' own hair.

The bun is quite simple to wear: A double lace extends from each long end.  The bun is positioned at the nape of the neck, and the long ends of the laces are around the front of the head. They can be tied in the front or brought around to the nape and secured. The tie and loose ends can be tucked away behind the bun for a neat look. if the colour of the bun is the same colour as the wearer's hair it looks quite convincing under a hairnet or snood. Ladies with shoulder length hair can use this bun to make their own hair appear longer by wrapping their own hair over the bun and pinning the ends to secure.

Available in an assortment of natural shades. The hairpiece is made of washable polyester yarn.
