I don’t see any grill visors on your helmets. Why is that? |

| Since we make historically styled armour, we make grill helmet visors only where historically appropriate, such as on Great Bascinets for the club tourney, etc. We have found no convincing evidence for grill visors on other styles of helmets, as are widely used in modern combat organizations. We will not alter an historical style to satisfy requirements for modern combat organizations, but with the considerable number of surviving examples available for study, it’s likely that we can recommend pieces that will very effectively suit your needs without any modifications that mightg sacrifice historical accuracy. |
