Armour - 15th Century

The armour shown in these pages is made in the workshops of Historic Arms & Armour, handcrafted by master armourer Jeffrey Hedgecock.

Your armour is an investment -- you want equipment that is appropriately historically styled and built to last.

We're now the only armoury in North America to STOCK historically accurate replica armour in heat treated Spring Steel!

Spring steel armour gives you the advantage of reduced weight and increased dent-resistance. Because the spring steel we use is much stronger and tougher than mild steel, the plates can be made up to 30% thinner and still be extraordinarily resistant to denting! We fully harden and temper each harness for maximum resiliency!

It should be noted that although these pieces may satisfy certain requirements for many of the "combat clubs" around the world, they are sold only as replicas, and any use of them is entirely at the risk of the purchaser. Historic Enterprises makes no guarantee of indestructability should the purchaser undertake such activities.
